Where did the report post feature go

Is the “report post” feature one of those things that a new member can only do after we get through 10days and 10posts? I don’t see the button whether screen is upright or horizontal. Didn’t try PC yet

Exactly this - I noticed it a few days ago as well.

It should be fixed (visible in vertical orientation) now.
