Where to buy 1/8" BSP delrin washers/seals ?

How about this:

I think those may work even though they're not delrin and have a larger hole they serve the same purpose. I was hoping to find some in the USA since shipping is so slow from China.

I live in Australia and they took about 10 days. They are the same as others that are supplied as spares. They say M10x1 but they are the same as 1/8 bsp. $5.00 for 50 was the best price that I could find.

I just purchased several of these plus other hose fitting components from Hydraulicsdirect.com. The part number was 9500-02 for the Bonded Seal , 1/8” BSPP (Buna).

The service was great and the price was much better than from the air gun suppliers, as much as I appreciate the very high quality vendors such as PA.

12 of them were 61 cents each.

I hope this helps.

I ordered some 9mm nylon ones from Amazon but just 1mm thick. I was going to order through Aliexpress but I can't get past them trying to charge me sales tax illegally. They would have to have a retail business license in my state to charge tax and I know they do not. The plastic washer under my regulator gauge was leaking very slowly and was deformed from me over tightening the gauge. I had to spin it out with a left twist drill bit because a pick wouldn't move it. 3mm turned out to be too thick so I used a 9x2 o-ring instead and it worked great.

Thanks for everyone's help, I really appreciate you taking the time.

I think plastic washers are too soft for these pressures. I have discovered many squished washers almost covering the center hole. In my experience fiber washers are much better and much more reliable. Washers of all flavors, including Belleville springs are available through most industrial supply houses. The problem with all plastics is that it creeps under pressure and as the plastic creeps, the thread compression lessens so they start to leak. The common corrective action is to tighten the fitting and then the washer creeps a bit more and the cycle continues.

Go to Lowe's. In the hardware isle they have those trays of metric bolts and odd ball stuff. They have nylon washers in there. (Nylon will seal) I think it was the #8 that I used. You can get thin ones and stack them if needed.

I'm sure the problem is me over tightening the gauge to make the dial line up where I want. The actual torque required to make the gauge seal is probably around 12 inch pounds. To much torque on the manometer can make the thin aluminum underneath it to pooch out into the valve bore and cause problems in disassembly and reassembly. I'm going to be more careful from now on. Thanks for the help.
