Where to buy 1/8" BSP delrin washers/seals ?

I bought the Delrin M8 ones and they are a tad to small even with three stacked together so now I have the 10m on the way, they are about half as thick 3mm then the one that comes with the foster fitting which is more like 6mm so I’m just going to double up on the 10m seal and it should work fine. The Delrin needs to be at least 8mm wide by 6mm tall to fit into the concave part of the fitting or else you can’t tighten it up enough, the hole in the seal is 2.9 mm or roughly 3mm.

Finding the original foster Delrin seal is like finding a minnow in the ocean from my experience.

Can’t these seals be made with you guys 3D printers?

Maybe with ABS, PLA would be to hard I believe. I’m just getting mine Cura set up but maybe one of the other guys with a 3D printer already set up for ABS could try. Here is the basic size but it’s pretty small, maybe to small ??

6.30mm tall.

8mm wide.

2.9 - 3mm center hole.

This is the basic measurements I got from the one that came with my new foster fitting.

I just learned how to fix my leak at the manometer. I've been so aggravated with it that I was going to spend $160 on a new rear block to solve the problem. Then I got to thinking about a bonded seal washer as suggested earlier in this thread. I take the Wika gauge out to clean off the stuff I tried to seal it with and notice there's a recess for a bonded seal washer. I put the washer on the gauge, screwed it into place and it lined up and sealed perfectly just like it was made for it. Now it's easy to depressurize my gun via the gauge again since a Huma regulator doesn't let the pressure of when you increase it like the FX reg. The gauge stops solid against the washer now... sooo much better.

Thanks to everyone for the help...I'm happy now.
