Where to buy a FX bobcat MK2 Shroud for .25 cal

Hi guys,

I have been contacting AOA to buy .25 cal FX shroud. I was able to speak with the parts guy for a little bit, but he wasn't sure about something. I wasn't sure he can't find the price or parts availability but he suppose to call me back to let me know if I can even get one. 
It has been 3 days past I still haven't heard anything from him. I was put on hold for almost 45 minutes when I try to contact them, left couple messages still no call back. Called the sales department and was told just to leave them a voice mail. (Another one) OMG how can they do business like this when we can't even get a hold of anybody ? 
Anyone have any suggestions on how to get the shroud from them or from any body else?

I've been pleased with their products, albeit I had a bit of an issue early on with respect to shipping. They apparently only do PayPal (which I personally have an issue with), but they are prompt. 

One more thing. 

I have had 6 contacts with AoA. Three went as I expect, in that I called them, and once I got a sales person (25 minute hold the first time, 15 minutes the second time), but the orders went okay. They apparently don't answer emails, or return voice messages (three attempts), so I won't try those again. As for their web site, it is about 10 years behind, and the order form doesn't work.
