Where to buy a RAR VL-12 in the USA

I have been obsessed with the RAR VL-12 Bullpups but I can't figure out of find a way to get one shipped to the U.S.

I would look to make a connection with someone else from Russia over blogs like this and see if I could developer a relationship to have them buy it and ship it to me and I would be willing to give them a little extra for the trouble. Offhand on this site you have Rusbear who has a scope camera he makes on he 3D printer . He has been honest with me with the purchase of his camera setup If it’s legal for Russians to ship one to the USA ask him if he would be willing to help you.
