I am purchasing the texan .45 with the carbon fiber 4500 psi tank. I am near the tampa florida area. Can anyone direct me to where i can get this tank filled?

Best bet is to check the below places local to you:
1) Scuba Shops
2)Paintball Shops/Fields
3) Fire House
4) Hydro Testing Facility

Do contact other airgun folks, best thing you can do.
Crosman's fill station map list's several in your area most say fill to 4,500psi but certainly do check prices, other.

And when you find one to use might you add it to the member map ( bottom of page ) interseting no one in Fla has listed a single fill spot
