Had cape fear do work a couple of times. Fast and reliable. Never ordered parts though. With Utah you will have to call them to order parts anyway so you might as well call instead of email. Email in my opinion is just not a good form of communication with a company. Seems always their last line of communication to get to.

Send them a message on their little pop up. They always text me back in a timely manner

If I can't click on the part I want, then an email is the only way I would go. Over the phone its easy to get things mixed up and I rather have everything documented. If I miss type something, then it's on me.

I just ordered Dreamline parts from UA and they are a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Pull up the schematic and they pull up the schematic, and go to town.
