Good suggestion.
I used Toms Dive Shop. It took 2-3 weeks and cost $80. I’d like to find somewhere that is cheaper.

Finally found a company to do hydro testing. It's A-1 Fire and Safety in San Antonio. They charge $23.75 + tax and their turnaround time is 5-7 days. Thanks Rudy at Alamo Airguns of San Antonio for the referral.
