I want a heavy slug gunI have a Challenger Pro 30 and I usually prefer shooting my Gauntlet 30. Even though the AEA has a wider range of adjustment.
The long barrel 30 is going to be pretty crazy shooting anything other than very heavy slugs unless you turn that thing down a lot.
The Guantlet 30 has perfect power for shooting 65 grain slugs.

Pretty much ruled the hatsan out due to lack of support from companyIn that case I don't think the Karma has the power, but you may enjoy the AEA. Can't speak for the Hatsan
Looking for a regulated gunI do some target shooting out to 400 . I hunt woodchuck, racoons and coyote from 65-200 yards with a 150gr boat tail. I think for what you want to do, you should checkout .308 Texan.
Vulcan does not have a adjustable regulator does it? SL30 requires significant upgrades to bring it up to qaulityI would voucher for the AEA Challenger Pro .30 as the bolt and lever cocking rifles are better than their semi auto counterparts that have always been pure garbage. Also the challenger series of guns are better. If you can swing spending $1300-$1500 ai would get the Vulcan 3 HP .30 and of you can't I would go with the Gauntlet .30 as it's an inexpensive pcp that can and WILL shoot slugs. Also hajimoto sells a 2stage trigger for $130 that is worth every single penny.
Depends what you refer to my quality, the only thing that I would say the gun, what really needs is a better trigger which Hajimoto sells. Anything else is purely optional. The Vulcan has an adjustable reg, but it's a process, it is not externally adjustable..Vulcan does not have a adjustable regulator does it? Haji sure offers quite a bit of work to bring it up to quality. Can easily dump over $500 into a stock SL30. The one I almost bought from you had over $500 worth add ons.Depends what you refer to my quality, the only thing that I would say the gun, what really needs is a better trigger which Hajimoto sells. Yeah, that it did. All ot really needed was a bottle change and a short barrel which depending on who you ask can run you $300 or less. But the guy I sold it to is shooting 1/4 groups at 60yds.Haji sure offers quite a bit of work to bring it up to quality. Can easily dump over $500 into a stock SL30. I ordered a Snopeak M60B .30 from Wes in Canada today. If it's the same as my Zelos 25 it will be a shooter.
Not all AEA pcp's are unreliable. I have had mine for going on 4 years and only replaced 1 o-ring, have taken out woodchucks at 144 yards with clean pass through, capable of 340fpe, 3 shots from 100 yards., daystate,FX can't match pure knock down power.AEA is not reliable, Karma is remade AEA for more money and Hatsan is just junk. Lol, AGT vulcan 3 or Uragan 2 for .30 power. AGT Netvor, Daystate Wolverine, FX Panthera. Tons of options for better pcps to use.
