Which Airgun Dealer Has The Best Customer Service?

It's never too late to mend relationships. The employee that was here left in June. He would have been the irresponsible fellow you dealt with. I took over in July, and have been working very hard to improve many aspects of this company, including customer service. It's far better than before, and improving as we move forward.

This may not make you a regular customer, but it serves to let others know, who may be on the fence that future interactions with North East AIrguns won't be the same.
 
I am glad everyone has had wonderful experience with AOA. I have been patient and courteous and cannot say the same. In nearly twenty years and more than that in kilo bucks, they have started stumbling. Pyramyd has been marvelous as has Keystone , Trenier, and many others.

I think since COVID shutdowns there has been a shift in service with communications and after sales service taking a big hit.

I also think this has had an impact on the manufacturers. Weihrauch has really fallen down in the last three years and given the lack of after sales communications and support, I am hopeful they can get back on track or I will have to go offshore.. I bought a Hatsan from (thank goodness) Pyr and they went far beyond anything I could ask to make it right, right now. Three times! Obviously, they took a bath on that and did so without complaint.

Given how small this market is and the constrained nature of distributorships, we are really lucky to have the vendors we have. It could be a lot worse.

I can once again, give Jay at Keystone a strong recommendation.

Trenier Airguns: Jeff has provided superb customer service for years and is the BEST place to buy pellets from!
DonnyFL: Excellent customer service! Donny has responded to inquiries even when his business is closed.
Airguns USA: Martin is a great guy and super knowledgeable. He will try his best to resolve any issues if they come up.

Same here. NE Airguns have ZERO communication after they have your money. Won’t answer the phone, won’t return voicemails, won’t return text messages, won’t answer emails.
FK THEM.
When is the last time you tried communicating with us? What's was your issue earlier this year?
@BABz58 When you typed “NE Airguns” are you talking about New England Airguns or Northeast Airguns? From your previous posts I can assume which one, but reading the responses in this thread, your quoted statement could use some clarity.
