Which high end FT gun?

Mike,
I want one.
There's a lot of information in your post and I for one really appreciate you sharing this knowledge.

I really love my fully loaded Steyr and Sightron combo. I'm starting my 2nd year shooting FT and laying down the cash for this rig was a huge stretch for me so I'll be dancing with the one I brought. Hopefully getting to know my equipment and some hard work will payoff as it has for many others. If the fun and excitement is still there in a few years perhaps I can step up to a Thomas someday.

I really like the fact that with the Thomas you have several rifles and a great pistol all in one. When you look at it like that I believe it would a great investment for anyone wanting to get into or excel in this great sport. A great platform for sure.

Congratulations on your success, Team Thomas and all the many Thomas owners out there.

Mainly, which have you tried and how did YOU like them?
Shooting at the local TN clubs I would expect top see every rifle you mentioned even at a short call shoot and the owners would all be happy to give you all the details and let you shoot there's.

If you havent do get to your local club a.s.a.p. , if you haven't a rifle for FT at all ( run what ya brung is fine tho ) call ahead & post & such and someone will be happy to lend you something for the day. After a match you should be able to shoot any airgun you like.

"chasdicapua"Gerry, it's definitely about the barrel, as someone mentioned earlier in this thread. Just lucky I got a really good one. Just one point away from a 1500 105x (750 49x, 749 56x) yesterday at Holbrook. Dropped it on target #24 no less!! I don't take credit for that score. It's the rifle (TM1000) and fortunate barrel combo.

Great shooting and consistency Chas!

LW poly + JSB 13.4s? If so, do you sort pellets (weigh / air gauge / etc)?

Thanks!
