Which platforms should I be looking at?

After testing the waters with a very affordable Umarex Origin, I decided I wanted to up the game somewhat and get a better quality gun for both testing and long range shooting.
The pesting got solved with a TalonP that I just count pass up, butI spent close to 2 years looking at many different PCPs to really satisfy my burgees.
I looked at many of the ones that OP brings up and almost bought a Maverick, but kept coming back to the RTI Prophet and finally did end up getting one. I could not be happier with my choice and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
A simple well executed design. Very accurate and can shoot 100+ rounds on one air tank with my current tune.

I'm getting the itch again. I hate heavy guns with bolts. First PCP was a Bt-65 in .25 and it's a brick and difficult to cock. I was thinking about an Impact (to many vids of the SA guys pesting at 100yds plus), but I think they are over 8#'s bare. Then I thought maybe a Maverick, less tuning and slightly lighter. I also did some research on the Reximex throne, but it's gone up in price and not available in the US. I saw the Airmax ad at the top of the forum and looked at the Krait X (long model), seems they aren't available in the US either. I want to be able to shoot pellets or slugs probably in .22 (I've got two .22's, two .25's, and a .30). So that means pushing heavier slugs at close to 1000FPS. I want something that can reach out to 75-100yds or maybe farther accurately. Thanks in advance. CC
Get a FX Crown, cocking in front of you and so is the action, giving you're ears a break, vs the FX Maverick or Taipan Veteran where the stupid cocking is all the way back at the end

Uragan 2...
Thanks for the video, The guy I bought my AEA HP Carbine from had upgraded to a Uragan .30 caliber. Unfortunately there are no air gun shops in my area around Tampa Florida. I think there's one in Miami, and Jacksonville are the closest a 3-4 hour drive. After my first gun a BT-65 I said I would never buy another gun without handling it. I will definitely include the Uragan line in my research.

I think you could get away with the Maverick or Wildcat BT compact with a 500mm barrel in .30cal. The only issue is this will limit your shot count with the 300mm reservoir. I also broke my back a few years ago, and I have busted up disc in my neck. My Sling mod for the Maverick changed everything for me, especially with my heavy scope setup. Even with my back and neck issues, I can be a woodswalker for hours on end! Take a look at my Maverick VP with the 600mm barrel and DonnyFL Ronin installed.

Don't let the photos fool you, the total length is only around 1000mm. The compact is 700mm without suppressor and weighs only 2.9kg.

Thanks for the pics. Yes, the Maverick is one I will continue looking at. Probably in a sniper config, but at least 600mm.

I have had both the Maverick, sniper and compact, and my WC MK3 was still a lighter, more compact and easier to carry as a woods walker than the Maverick. They are the same platform so power expectations will be achieved with each.
