My jet came with a barrel cover that had threads that weren’t true at the base. The casting lines were still on it and it didn’t matter what suppressor I used it would clip baffles. I was able to fix that by over-tightening my suppressor. I went that route rather than filing it because I was still considering returning it at the time.
Without a suppressor on it it is very loud. Definitely not backyard friendly. The two scope rails on mine also don’t line up, but I fixed that by adding about 1/8” of shims to the rear ring.
As far as accuracy goes, I get about 2” groups at 50 yards, but accuracy is significantly better at 35 yards or less.
It gets about 14 reasonably consistent shots at around 20 fpe and the pistol grip is too small for someone with large hands.
