I love to always have the option of using a scope or open sights. Just for the simple reason you never know your scope might take a dive or maybe you don't have a scope so at least you have the open sights to fall back on

Which version HW95?

Thank you josh3rd for your comments, with the help of everyone's input I'll focus on a HW95 or Beeman with open sights. I do prefer the look of the longer stock, regardless of what I've sometimes been told, maybe my head is small enough to use the sights.

Currently, AOA has the HW95 walnut on sale. That would be my choice. For scopes, the Athlon Heras 4-20 is a good choice along with the Sightron S-Tac. Both are SFP scopes which I prefer.

Mine as good on irons as scoped .. honestly I shoot it 98.7639% of the time on irons ..lol. ( I never been much of a scope guy anyways) .
I just go for the plain Jane Lexus then nice cheaper standeted been discontinued for way higher priced novelty models like the n or anniversary . That's fine for a pedestal or safe queen collector but me as a shooter it's a no sale items ..

Just a bit of information about the Walnut stock. I personally chose it because it’s lighter weight than Beech. The beautiful grain is a bonus .

I found it. There is another model similar that is 6in longer if you are a taller person. I’m 5’9”
