To answer the question...

There is no "best" of anything. The question and the answer are both too subjective. Even if you gave a set of items/points/specifications to aid in making the judgement of "who makes the best air gun", it would still be a subjective judgement call.

Decide what is important to you in an air gun. Decide what you will buy accordingly.

The ones i own are all custom one kral puncher with fx slug barrel. liked the looks of the gun so much i had to have impact performance and it does. How about my hatsan blitz 25 cal slug barrel upgradedgear train, shoots full auto 38 grain nelson slugs 960 fps.sub moa at 100 yards.I got through bolt seals every 500 rounds. All my guns have my own valve assemblies. Its nice to have the knowledge and the machine shop to make anything you wish.Call it a labor of love

This is not something I am an expert on and like people say, depends on what you want and your expectations. My best between my Brocock, FX, and Taipan price vs. quality is the Taipan.

Honestly, I feel FX keeps a few things “out” to create a large aftermarket for the gun, i.e. for companies like Saber Tactical. The picatinny rail for the for mounting a bipod on the the Impact is a joke. The Impact should come from the factory longer / extended and not require you to spend $60 / $150 to buy a 3rd party part to increase stability. (Yeah I know there are different mounting systems, but still picatinny seems the “standard” for a majority of guns) AND the for example, the Crowns should come with at least an already mounted picatinny rail.

There is my soapbox speech.
