Who makes custom shrouds?

I'm looking for someone that can make a custom shroud for a AEA Challenger Pro. 25 cal.. I did a search and came a cross Neil Clague at [email protected] and the email bounced back "address not found".
Do anyone know some that does custom shrouds?

A few months back I had him make a moderator for me and I gotta tell you. This thing is so quiet and it even helped accuracy.

Glad I looked at this thread I'm thinking about this for my 34 Diana. The Vortek spring kit made a huge difference in shooting smoothness and pleasure, now to finish it off!
