Same here.. BT65 .25 Walnut was a great rifle. Had a Hammerli Pneuma and AT44 (same rifle) And both were gtg as well.. Then something happened over at Hatsan I think.
I even had a few Hatsan break barrels that almost rivaled my Rws's and original Webley Tomahawk. I think Kral & Reximex are much better these days.

I really like a lot of the Hatsan designs. The build quality is the problem. I only have two Turkish guns, a Hatsan 135 and a Browning 800, and both of them had the Philips head screws break at the + where they engage the screwdriver tip and I've read of others having the same problem. I've never experienced this on any other make of gun before, so it seems that Hatsan just has a habit of skimping on fasteners. I have trouble understanding why, as how much would it cost to use industry standard screws? $0.50 more per gun? My Browning 800 has also separated in the past along the recoil rails.

Then there are all the reports of bad gas rams. I actually want to like their guns as they do a lot of things right, but the quality problems make me view them primarily as low end plinkers and entertainment projects rather than as serious airguns.

Why on earth would you buy the Jet?
It is al plastic fantastic of poor quality. It is not even regulated, the shot curve is terrible. So you never will be able to shoot great. Bad shot count also.
You could much better buy a PP700S-A, PP750 or a Notos.

But offcourse, it is your money so you must decide.

The usual. Orders unfulfilled, taking deposits n the gun didn't work as expected or worst he could send you a used gun when you paid for a new one.. he send me a used gun that came in a dirty n greasy rack n pinion box .. he burned a lot of people. And in the hobby he was before to the RC community forums there are stories from him to ... but that aside for me the bt65 line in .25 n 30 work great n I never had a problem with them.. the first recorded 1moa group I saw on you tube. Was made with a hatsan .30 bt 65 recrowned and with a huma regulator.. and they cost now only $499 or $400 that was the price a few days ago .

The Pneuma. I had one too. Fricking laser.
I have a Hatsan 85 ( from back then ) gtg right out of the box. Still have it.
Something must have happened because they were solid.
I have heard promising reports on the Jet. I have a Notos and it IS gtg right outta the box !

Do you typically just spout out obvious stuff. ? Like listing the top brands …. Let me tell you something Camerone .. within my range they can do no better than what I have. That’s a fact jack

Both my np03 and np02 required some work to get them shooting better.
The triggers were horrid and the twang was annoying.
Changed trigger springs + polish sears and new lighter valve spring and general tidy up" both now shoot as they should and very accurate.
Next on my list is rexi ixia.
Not shot any of the others so i cant comment on them " but the kral guns are worth their money if you put the effort in.
I didn't like the 02 at first but after shooting it for a while it grows on you as its compact very quiet with a silencer " high shot count and accurate " you cant ask much more from a budget gun.

I say go for it. You can get a Jet for 135 on Midway, at that price seriously who cares. Throw a Buck Rail suppressor on there and you have a suppressed .25 cal carbine for 170. Literally less than the cost of low tier red dot.

I’m sure you can find a tuner who can easily sort the jet out if it needs it. Could be cool and very worth it

I've posted this in other threads, but here goes again. If you have a spare bottle and a bin full of fittings, get a Jet 1. With a 1500 psi regulator you should be just fine in .25 caliber.

I had a vectis, Flashpup, and hydra. All use basically the same action and barrels. All were accurate and powerful, just odd design compared to most other manufacturers. Horrible shot count though, they're AIR HOGS. If you want to get 30+ shots at peak power, look elsewhere.

Have you made any other mods besides the reg and bottle? Im really interested in increasing power output via a stronger hammer spring and maybe some kind of sandpaper mod to the valve itself.
