Who’s thinking about going to North East Airgun Classic

OK, Thanks for the info. Hopefully there will be a few others shooting springers. If everyone is shooting PCP's I can also bring one. Will play it by ear.
Absolutely, hope to see you there. By the way we are announcing some updates this coming week so stay tuned!!!!

1 card qualifier for BR is a bit of a drag. 2 would be better.
It's a long trip and few days to shoot just one card and one prs if you don't do so well.
I know at least one guy planning to shoot only BR due to the physical nature of prs and pro/am.

That said, I'm signed up and excited to shoot all events!
@wyfly
Stay tuned for some updates on this in the coming week. Thanks for signing up look forward to meeting you!!!!!!

If most of the parking is off site is there a safe place to lock up air rifles between relays or do they need to be shuttled back and forth to the parking area.
Hey, @F-classmike
most of the parking will be just down the road form the Sig Sauer Academy. The parking in this area is secure, but due to the massive size of the facility we highly recommend the use of a pull cart or baby stroller to tote your equipment around with. Plus we all like showing off the rigs we shoot with! Hope this helps and hope to see you there!! Stay tuned for some updates on the Northeast Airgun Classic that are coming out in the next week or so!
Thanks
Chris

Will there be an area for R.V. parking on site?
And if so, will I be able to use my electric golf cart?
Hello @Mr.Brocock

There will unfortunately not be any RV access for the Northeast Airgun Classic. There are camp grounds and RV places in the area. Also, no golf carts allowed for safety reasons unfortunately. Hope this helps and thanks for the question. Also, we just dropped some news on the website regarding scheduling and rules make sure to check them out.

Rules: https://www.northeastairgunclassic.com/rules
Schedule: https://www.northeastairgunclassic.com/schedule-1
Thanks
Chris

This event is going to be a MUST attend event! Hope to see a lot of you airheads there! If you haven’t seen the Sig facility yet, that alone is worth the trip!

I've been in the airguns as a hobby builder and fun shooter for about 10 years but this is going to be my very first airgun competition. I registered for the Pro class, because why not. No sandbagging for me, I prefer to compare my skills against the best competitors in the available field even if it means lower overall placement. Go big or go home! lol.

@North East Airguns - thank you for putting on this big event! Running even local matches is a LOT of hard work and your patience will be (is being?) tested, i am sure :)

Sig Sauer Academy is a premier facility. I have been shooting practical pistol competitions with and against their top guys for a few years now. I am sure the event will be top notch and even if there are some hiccups along the way - it's kind of to be expected. Perhaps knowledge transfer with your fellow match directors on the West Coast on what to do and how to avoid back ups and delays might be a good idea. It's probably already happening :)

Quick questions on the rule set, are electronic scopes (like the ATN X-Sight or similar) allowed? I didnt see anything in the rules, safe to assume they are?

How will the food/water situation be at the event? Plan to bring my own, but if there is some catering or vendors - would be cool.

Thanks for your support and for coming to the event. Electronic optics are allowed but I am not sure if they would be the best choice given the different diciplines. But yes, they are allowed. We are busting our asses everyday (have been for months) to put this competition together and you are correct in saying its a ton of work! We love shooting and competing and really want to have something special here in the northeast. It makes those tough days a little easier to handle. As far as food and drink goes we are planning on having several local food trucks come to the event so drinks and food will be available. Sig has a Black Rifile coffee shop inside the Pro Shop building as well.

Again, thanks for coming and for your kind words. We look forward to seeing you there.
