The cheep Chinese bottle on this rifle is a huge negative for me. Makes me wonder where else they cut corners in the design. For approximately the same price I would prefer the M3 due to the barrel technology, trigger, and fine tuning capability. It’s great that we have so many options these day. There is something that checks the boxes for everyone.

Tuning the hammer spring on the FX is nothing you need a professional tuner to adjust. You shoot it over a chronograph , with the power wheel marked 1-7 on 7 for the most power for your chosen ammo. Simply turn your internal HS adjustment ccw until you reach max velocity, then back it off a bit just under max fps for your chosen ammo and weight . I tune to my heaviest pellet on #7. When I want to shoot lighter weight ammo just turn your power wheel down to lower the fps where the ammo is most accurate .

When you experience a well tuned airgun it gets quiet and smooth and accurate.

It does help to know the hammer weight and its working reg pressure range . But there is plenty of information on that right here.

More power or less power at your fingertips with a 0-7 range . That easy.
