Hello, since there are BB electric guns (Barra/Venator) which are equivalent to CO2 counterparts (so electric power is equivalent to CO2?), why there are no electric pellet guns?
Thanks
Thanks
But semi-auto I think would be feasible, Auto is not needed (in my opinion)I think the reasoning behind the no auto electric pellet guns is because there would be jamming nightmares. Its been tried on some of the top of line PCP guns and they have jamming issues and their semi auto not full.
Beautiful pieces of artI believe the have a few out on the Zumwalt destroyers.
They call them Rail Guns
I also think that, but after seeing reviews of the electric bb guns (barra) which are even more powerful than its CO2 counterparts, and CO2 is widely used for pellets, makes me think that also electric could be used... maybe more research neededGetting a BB to roll is a whole lot easier than forcing a pellet down a barrel.
Totally different dynamics as far as how they move a projectile. The only reason they can get that velocity is purely due to a "BB" projectile. It's near identical design as some modern airsoft guns but beefed up for the larger weight of a BB. To move a pellet down a barrel would require some burst of air. I initially asked if the gun could shoot lead BB's and they stated due to the nature of the loading system being magnetic it couldn't.I also think that, but after seeing reviews of the electric bb guns (barra) which are even more powerful than its CO2 counterparts, and CO2 is widely used for pellets, makes me think that also electric could be used... maybe more research needed
