Why no love for Mrod Air ?

I bought my P12 from him when they 1st came out. Gun is a awesome shooter for budget gun, my transaction with him was good. My Buddy bought the multi-shot P12 later on when they came out. His guns mag wasn’t shipped with it. He went back and forth with him on it & never did receive it. So he vowed never to buy from him again & I agreed and did the same. 

I remember his compressors were problematic to & had upset a lot of air gunners to. I believe he closed his doors and is no longer in the Airgun business.

I ordered off the website and it never showed up, so after a couple weeks tried to reach by phone, it took several days to reach Mike.

He then said he'd look into the order and get back to me. A few weeks later still haven't heard anything from him, order never comes.

Tried calling them back for days and nothing. Called one day with my phone don't get through. Hang up and call right back using a coworker's phone, Mike picks up.

Ended up having to go through my bank to get my money refunded.

I don't believe they've received any SPA/Artemis products since Diana started rebranding them, yet they still have a webpage up.

If OP does decide to take the risk, just make sure you're able to recover your money.

Long ago I ordered a rifle and a pistol from MRodAir. Same order, same day, same form, same payment. Received the rifle, nothing from the pistol. When I contacted him I was told that I had made an error in shipping information. After a few days I went to their location to pick up the pistol. I haven't considered dealing with them again after physically being there.

Mike's seems to have gone south. I ordered a stock set on11/30/2020. Got a email stating order number and shipping details (No tracking number). It did not come in when stated. I have made at least 9 phone calls, never had one answered or returned. Called my credit card company this month (February 2021), found out my card was not charged (The only thing I can say good about Modair). While I do not know Mike personally, I will go on the record and say this is a very douche bag way to do business. If he is out of business as some have said he needs to state it on his site, or take the site down. If he ever decides to start doing business again, it will not be with me.

Hmm, the website looks up to date, on the surface anyway.

Thanks for the heads up guys. Maybe I'll look elsewhere.
