They have strict export laws and a ton of paperwork to make it happen. Your cost would climb past that difference no doubt. An FAC falls under their laws as a firearm, so that requires even more paperwork.

We should be glad that Daystate / Brocock go through all that and sell here in the states. Or the distributor also I guess.

If I can save a significant chunk of change buying outside of the US, I am buying outside of the US...its why many of us flock to aliexpress for certain items. You either support YOUR retirement plans or someone else's...You either line THEIR pockets AND the 'US STORE' you support, or simply just THEIR pockets by ruling out the middle man... It's not like you're buying US made by supporting the US importer/middle man...just my 2c

You are right. The dealers in the UK are making profit (I’d assume somewhere around 60%]. The distributor here in the US seems to add another $1000 on top. I would like to support the US distributor, but this is too much …
