A post on a spotting scope got me thinking they now can come with the phone adaptor so id think that do ?

One company I can warn you to avoid is SME, Shooting Made Easy. I had a 100 yard ammo can sight in camera that I really liked. They "upgraded" (ruined) the app, AND deleted the old app from everywhere, which the camera un-useable. They will obsolete your camera at will, by removing the app needed to make it work.

Get a wifi action camera. Get an extra battery if you need more than a couple hours. @iAMzehTOASTY1 all you need is a smart phone with hot spot. Most are good for 50yd and others more. Keep the camera off the ground. Outdoors use a fiberglass yard pole and rig a mount for the camera.

Ya , or so they say . Some reviews guys use it for pistol. That one i linked i above as a example claims 8m. Some do better like one i think said 15 feet.
Just read the specs before you buy is the thing to do i guess?

Looking at wifi camcorders i figured you could det up like you do with the phone , but i dont see one that says you can live feed. Like camers to phone in real time just download off the wifi .??
Maybe going up into the 200$+ tange of them mite. More budget to just kick around a shooting range pricef ( in my cheapo opinion..lol)

At 10 meters or so I can Wi-Fi my phones as they would be in range of my system.
I put my second phone at at 100+ yards. Thus the video call over the Cell network.

You can have a nice spotting scope for the price of some of that technology. Look for a used bushnell 15-45 spacemaster (I think). Made in japan and priced right.
