Wildcat .22 Trigger

Has anyone else noticed this problem and know how to cure it? This only happens every now and then, maybe every 10 to 15 shots.
While slowly pulling back on the first stage, waiting to feel the slight resistance of the second stage, the gun fires. In other words, you never feel the end of the first stage, it just fires. The next shot, the trigger works fine. Any one else experience this?

Your triggers 2'nd stage is adjusted a hair too low making the trigger pull one long pull. If you tighten the second stage just a hair you should be good. Its the second adjustment allen screw from the front of the gun.turn it clockwise 1/16 th of a turn.
