Does Wildcat 3 30 cal COME WITH Power plenum? Tube gun!
I want a dedicated 30 but won't own another Impact. Going tuber from here on.
I have 25 Maverick in compact and 700mm. Shoots lights out slug @ 150yds.
Also own the original Wildcat in 22. I've always loved the gun. Complete fly wing accurate @ 50 yds. Just a little under powered
Light and off hander.
I won't ok own FUX GUN. won't have a gun that requires a native bearer.

The regular mk3 does not have power plenum. The new one with bottle has it and a second regulator to my understanding.

I think it depends on when it was made as far as plenum size goes. There was a MK3 Gen1 with a smaller plenum, then they went to an updated AMP regulator and increased the plenum size at the same time. You can tell by the brass plug if it has the newer style. But I think even the bigger version doesnt have the same plenum as the Maverick, which is 89cc and FX calls a Power Plenum.

That being said the mav and the WC BT both have the same 89cc plenum. But only the WC BT not standard WC

The Maverick has "Power Plenum" printed on the side just in front of the Breech.

Yes you are right, I just checked FXUSA site and the description of the WC BT version says it has the 89cc Power Plenum too just not marked on the gun. But the OP is after a normal version which has a smaller sized plenum, I cant find any info on what size it is. So many updates and new versions its impossible to keep track lol.

I find bottles bulky and I'm clumsy with them. Hard to "vice" them for bench shooting.
My person feelings. If you're hunting, you don't need them. I have plenty of air for "benching".

The tube wildcat doesn’t come with a plenum, but you can add them afterwards. They do well with one plenum added. No where near the power of the new bt version though.

My Gen One MK3 .30 Sniper was the perfect tool for handling crows out to 50 yards. Today, nothing gets closer than 80, most hanging out well past 100. Considered beefing up the Wildcat but decided to get an AGT Uragan 2 .30 (700mm) instead. The U2, my only PCP with a recoil, launches those JSB 44.75s like an RPG. Pretty soon, won't have any crows closer than 200 yards. The Wildcat will always be a cherished part of my collection but left as FX designed it. WM

Based on personal experience, I’d steer clear of a wildcat in 30cal sniper config. There’s a lot of harmonic issues with the long barrel shooting 90fpe.

Had (literally) the .30 WC MK3 Sniper, first addition to boot. Not sure if the current WC NON-BT comes with the PP. I have a few posts of my journey with it here on AGN. Fond memories is what I recall. Reliable, smooth and powerful in .30, 80+fp with the PP (910 airgun) and Huma regulator. What about getting a "WC BT" with all the new upgrades and doing a "tube" conversion to suit your needs??? Not sure it is an option, but worth investigating, right?

I own a wildcat 30 sniper in MK2, making 90 ft lbs and it is a laser. Last I shot it it decapitated a lizard at 52 yards, first shot, using the 44.75 haydes.

He popped up on a tree after a 50 yard sight in, directly behind my target set up. The yellow arrow points to my last shot when I decided I was good for a sight in, then he pops out-
