Wildcat adjustable recoil pad

Who has changed the recoil pad on their Wildcat?
My Wildcat doesn't fit me as well as I'd like so thinking about replacing pad with an adjustable. The Bisley Adjustable Alloy Backed Recoil Butt Shoulder Pad has caught my eye but wanted to check with the community and their experience. So, what say you?

Rapid Air Weapons has a couple to choose from but you would need to do some custom fitting to get anything to fit. I had the same issue but ended up selling the Wildcat. I may buy another Wildcat because I liked the one I had but I would definitely look into a way to extend the stock post up what you come up with.

Bisley pad on order. Will post results.

Installed Bisley pad.
Positives;
* functions as desired
* Can move pad up and down as well as tilt.
* Results is much more natural shouldering and quick sighting.
* haven't found a better alternative

Negatives;
* Too wide for WC stock, could trim pad to fit but would have to remove a lot of material.
* Pad not solid, afraid to crank down on screw that holds pad to butt plate. Looks like one could easily pull screw head through mounting plate.
