Wildcat air bleeder hole

Hello,
I noticed that the brass nut that closes the air bleeder hole must be very tighten to prevent leakage.
Would it be a good idea to place an o-ring in the hole?

Did you ever get an ansewer to this. I do know it is an 1/8" BSPP thread and I don't think it would well with o-ring in the bottom. It has a straight wall thread. Post ansewer if you find out.

Actually there is a Delrin seat that goes in the air bleeder hole that the gauge is tightened down on. It is what creates the seal... not an o-ring. Here is the part number taken from the Wildcat parts sheet and some pictures for you. Actually you can stick a probe or an allen wrench or something like that through the hole mid-range in the mechanism body you'll see a whole there that you just push forward and open the valve manually bleed it down the barrel
