Tuning Wildcat mk2 dual transfer port

So I was hoping to swap out my mk2 wildcat for something a little more modular, but not everything goes to plan. So, my next goal is to try and play with mine a little and get the speed up enough to accurately shoot slugs. Has anyone installed the huma dual transfer port kit on these? They are available, but little to no info on how to install them. Also, does anyone have any experience with these, and are they even worth doin?
I already have huma regulator and huma xl plenum. Should I add the Ernest Rowe plenum also?

lastly, if these kits come with a transfer port and pellet probe, what’s stopping me from getting a barrel kit, and changing the caliber? I thought this wasn’t available for mk2’s.

Hopped on the slug hype train eyy? Well if you got the huma plenum then there's no need for Ernest's plenum and if memory serves me right Ernest got a smaller one here.

What slug are you trying to shoot at what velocity? What kind of liner you have?

Not really hopped on it. Just want to try it out. I would really like to jump on the maverick train, but I can’t justify spending that kind of money on the gun if I don’t like shooting slugs. My wildcat shoots hades lights out, but hades lose their accuracy after about 80yds, and I want to shoot past that. Hence the slug plan.
im running a 600mm superior liner and I’d like to try out some of the lighter slugs in the high 900’s if possible.

Well I have a 700mm in .22 shoots varmint knocker at around 1000 fps is my biggest success with slugs, jsb pellets still trumps slug up to 100 yards in my case but if it's hard punching you are after then slug away. other slugs you might want to try out is jsb knockout and fx hybrid.

What weights are you shooting? And are you running the dual transfer port, or any other modifications?

mine is in .25, and naturally will have slower speeds shooting the heavier stuff and slugs. I’ve tried the hybrids, and they work well at pellet speeds, but they’re the priciest of the slug manufacturers, so I’d like to try other options.

I’m currently in the process of testing these-

I ran into a glitch with my two wildcats. I was out on surgery and hadn’t touched a pcp for 10 weeks. Day before the surgery I filled all my pcp’s to fill spec, and topped off my tanks. When in was finally able to do light duty tuning, I discovered my wildcats have lost velocity along with my 25 lost air, win which it’s never leaked. I know what the problem is, and am awaiting a couple of parts to come in to fix these issues. I want everything in proper function in order to conduct a proper test.

But this I can tell you. The pellet probes that Huma put out for these wildcat MK2’s are of better quality than factory, because they are made with a thicker material. Any of you reading this with a 30 cal, of you look at your factory probe what you see at the front end is a thin wire edge, so thin that one false jam of the pellet probe against a magazine will snap that front edge. If you zoom in on the pic I posted above that is the pellet probe and transfer port for a 30 cal. Here’s more comparison pics-

Just glad to see you’re on the mend. I’ll be anxiously waiting your testing. You may be the single guy I look to for advice tuning wildcats.
