Wildcat MK2- highest likelihood of air leak

Hi,

I start with the easiest leak. I disconnect the probe from my fill hardware, insert in the gun, and look for fill valve leaks. Just a little soapy water over the end of the foster from the probe will detect a fill check valve leak without a mess.

I chased a missing leak around a gun for awhile and then tested the fill valve. Yup. It was the easy one :)

Enjoy,

As Bergman… and Douger advised, I replaces every o-ring that I came across and used soapy water to test for leaks beforehand. I found my leak at the bottom of my air tube. Now, a little advise on replacing o-rings. Not all o-rings are made equal. Even though I knew where the leak was, doesn’t mean that aren’t more. Thankfully, I only had one but it took 6 attempts at replacing the o-ring as the ones that I had ordered were not all the exact same size. Calling to question tolerances to come. Check diagram/specs sheet for size and measure with calipers. The first 5 o-rings that I put in place did not fit properly and continued to leak. Save yourself some time and make sure that the o-rings are indeed the correct size. Lots of unnecessary wasted time and effort that wasn’t necessary if only I had measured beforehand. Hope this helps someone in the future
