The way fx USA chimes in on topics like this and takes the initiative to help customers to me is truly awesome!

I have been watching this for a few months now and this is one of the main reasons I now shoot almost exclusively fx guns.

Well, I shoot them because they are awesome! But it sure is nice knowing there is great customer service for them to boot!

Great job, FX USA! We airgunners notice and appreciate your effort!

FX USA Rocks first and foremost!!!

I am not totally sure of the MK2, but my Maverick had a similar situation and it was a problem direct from the factory setting. My safety only went to a 50*/66* angle and did not fully engage as you can see from the photos.

What I discovered is the safety engagement screw was screwed out to far from the trigger block and caused it to not engage the safety fully. The simple solution for my Maverick was to screw the adjuster screw in a bit to then engage the trigger to safe mode as shown.

Happy shooting,

Patrick

Stanz74, as glem said, it is just adjusting the safety screw that you pointed out in this picture. Mine was adjusted in a way that when cocked it re-set the trigger block by just enough to allow the safety to fully engage and the safety lever to be in the full upright position. The screw should be adjusted in the un-cocked position just enough to clear the trigger block as seen here.
