Just to be clear, this is my own fault.
I was looking for leaks and looks like I found the leak but also another issue…
The rifle looks like is leacking from 1 ( see the attached) but also due to attach/detaching the bottle dozen of times by hand and not being hold by It’s own stock appears thatthe bottle adapter became too loose, and iF really want to re

Hi Esab,

Sending your post over to our technicians now. You should get some help from the great AGN network, but if you do have any more detailed questions, you can always email our technicians through [email protected]

"looks like he has a leak (1), and he has turned his bottle adapter (2). The bottle adapter does not bottom out, just needs to be lined up according to the rifle. Could also be suggesting he stripped the threads for the bottle to the connector, in which he needs a new bottle connector."

Thanks for the help, I’ll definitely ask to techicians for more. Great service anyway!

I’m still looking for a bottle…

The dowty seal is typically M12, that leak number two is either coming from your gage seal, the o ring seal under the end cap, or the o ring seal behind the fill valve that closes off air from escaping after a fill.

It’s hard to tell by your arrow just going to that general area.

I can help better with leaks from a pic such as this(as an example)

While I’am Waiting for oring’s and other stuff for the compact more problems came in…
I bought a Wildcat Mk 3 Sniper in 30 cal, it arrived few hours ago…
The second reg came at 100 bar and was shooting a 50 grain Jsb 30 cal at 264 m/s, then I swapped the 30 cal with a .25 cal ( Huma transfer port and slug probe) and it was shooting a jsb 34 grain at 280 m/s per sec.
My intention was to shoot a .25 cal slug at 300 m/s so following the dual regulator tune I tried to increase the sencond reg bypassing the first.
Here the surprise… the pression doesn’t increase more the 115 bar and even trying to raise the first reg 30 bar more then the first i doesn’t go up more than 120 bar.
What’s wrong?… I’m so pissed of 😡😡😡😡😡

Followed to the letter also the AEAC FX Maverik AEAC Dual Regulator Adjustment Sequence.

1) Unscrew & remove external air bottle completely and set aside.

2) Open up (counterclockwise) the rear most regulator adjuster to flush only, NEVER past.

3) Reduce external HS adjuster to position 1 and dry fire ONLY until regs BEGIN to dump.

4) Allow a moment for all of the air to drain from the gun.

5) Gently close (clockwise) forward most regulator until it lightly seats, then open (counterclockwise) 3/4 turn.

6) Reinstall external air bottle.
B
7) Refill bottle to MAX bar because much of it has just dumped into the 89cc Power Plenum.

8) Slowly open up forward most regulator (counterclockwise) to desired pressure, observing at rear most pressure gauge.

9) Dry fire 5 times to help seat the forward regulator.

10) Remove external air bottle completely and set aside.

11) Lower external HS adjuster to position 1 and dry fire ONLY until regs BEGIN to dump.

12) Allow a moment for all of the air to drain from the gun.

13) Gently close (clockwise) rear most regulator until it lightly seats, then open (counterclockwise) 3/4 turn.

14) Reinstall external air bottle.

15) Refill bottle to MAX bar because much of it has just dumped into the 89cc Power Plenum.

16) Slowly open up rear regulator (counterclockwise) to desired pressure, observing at rear most pressure gauge.

17) Dry fire 5 times to help seat the rear regulator.

18) Lead fire your newly acquired dual reg setting 5 times to fully seat the rear regulator.

Had the same problem with my WC MK III. With the first reg. screw backed out to the max it would not go above maybe 110 bar. Sent to back to FX and they didn't fix the problem. Sent it back there again with instructions to verify that the regs can be adjusted to at least 160 and state it in writing. Hopefully it will be back soon. It has taken much longer this time than it did the first time.

Now I have a Dreamline Classic that won't adjust above 125, which isn't too bad for .22, but I have a .30 cal. setup and need more. Calling after the holidays to see what's going on.

Ok....so if I am getting what you are saying, you tried this with the FX regs installed and also with 2 Huma regs? If that is the case, then you have removed the regs as the problem. If the bottle pressure regulator is showing the proper pressure, then there is one thing that may be causing your issue. Try loosening the rear gauge very slightly. If those are too tight, in some cases they can restrict the air flow to the gauge and it will report a much lower pressure than is actually going to the reg.

You are not adjusting directly the regulator. You are adjusting it through the adjusting long arm of the rifle. If you take out the regulator and make the adjustment directly on the regulator, then you will know that the adjustment was made (normally measuring total length before and after unscrewing counter clockwise ).

Three regulators not giving more pressure gives the hint of a problem not in the regulador but in the way you adjust in with the long arm adjuster of the rifle.

Before you change regpressure, have you increased hammerspring first, and chronographed the speed of the gun? Even it is less likely with the newer gauges, the gauge can be off. It is better to measure your own speed through a chronograph, and use that as a reference, than trying to copy someone elses settings.

Yes I did, I shot 200 pellets thought the crony in it before trying to adjust the regs.
