Wildcat mk3 vs. maverick. What’s the REAL difference?

The main practial difference when shooting pellets, will be that the maverick will give more shots, having a bottle with bigger volume, and a bigger plenum. It will probably be most noticable in the compact versions. The wildcats stock, and narrower tube, will probably for most feel a litle more ergonomical. And you can choose to either carry it on the pistol grip, or use the "carrying handle" behind the pistol grip. In my opinion a bag rider is a necessary accesory, if you plan to shoot the maverick on a bench, as there is basically litle room for adjsuting the bag. Even there is no adjustments on the wildcat stock, it is in my opinion very ergonomic. So both have some advantages.

I don't know ifthis helps you decide ofthe length of barrel.

I have both the maverick and the wildcat. The wildcat is the compact style. I wanted a short, light gun. It fits that need. I have the longer barrell on the maverick. It has more power. I guess it all comes down to what you want. The good thing is you can purchase the other barrel later and have both worlds.
