FX Will this power adjuster fit my Dreamline Lite and is it worth upgrading?

Hi guys

has anyone used this power adjuster on his dreamline lite and was it worth it?

i know it says dreamline tactical which i don't have but maybe it fits the lite version- any thoughts on that?

i ask because I'm buying few things from huma and thought i could buy it too since its not that expensive and i am already paying the shipping.

There's a back block setup that it works with I think. The tactical conversion kit includes that. I 2nd calling huma to help you out.

They do come with more stuff than they used to. This is only a stock photo I found where it appears to be equipped with it. My dreamtact compact came with it, the plenum, and an AR stock adapter with the weaver rail as part of the tactical trim kit. If yours doesn't have the side foster and drop down regulator adapter and is like this on pictured , there's more parts to get your 700cc on there.

6gun- its not that high on my wish list so unless someone used it and loved it and can share that knowledge- i will not buy it... i was just thinking that many dreamlite owners got it but perhaps its not that hot of an item..

ok... i just need to wait up till my damn gun comes in.. i am buying everything blind without knowing what my version has on it... its even more complicated because i am getting the weak 5.5fpe german version (original full version parts included in a bag)..so mine will come probably without the extra power plenum.. so i better wait up

If you intend to play power level rules in one place and go somewhere else to run full power, it may be worth your time. You can set them and tighten the screw so it doesn't move for legality reasons, but it's easily changed. My best advice is put together wish lists and cross things off as you learn but WAIT till you have your gun to purchase any mods for it. Even the 700cc, because you may or may not need another part to get that on.

My best advice is to wait till you get your gun, see what it came with, also just shoot it and see what shot counts you get and how often you have to fill. That way you don't over or under spend on something or struggle with returns on parts you don't need. You know what I just got and I will refer to it as the dtc. The dtc came capable of nearly it's full potential so far as I needed it to be. My first high end gun was an impact and I saved for the gun and all the accessories right off the bat. I tried it and slowly added parts I had and realized these things are really good right out of the box. Remind me of the power level rule for your area? Not that I really like the idea of abiding it.

Looking for lighter pellets for a flatter trajectory for you, knowing it's 30 cal and 5.5fpe. Here's the bad news. You will probably not need a big bottle, but it won't hurt for shot count. You will likely struggle to keep this thing 5.5 and the trajectory is going to stink. Here's what I cooked up in a calculator for you. 235 fps. With your barrel it's going to be hard not to exceed that with transfer on low and regulator probably at 80 bar. Which means crazy shot counts and a trajectory like a mortar.

i see... its 2 am here and i am wide awake i think, but maybe my thinking is a little slow... why do you have 3 dials on your dreamline?

one should be the hammer power adjust and the second for the port size..

and the third one??

It is a INCLINOMETER to measure degrees of up/down slope.
Field Target set up having Dope correction for slope as well distance correction (y)
