Williams gunsight on HW30S

Got a Williams Gun Sights peep for my HW30S. Took off the stock rear sight and mounted it tonight.

First group I've ever shot with CTC less than the projectile diameter. Huzzah!

I have one on mk FWB 124d, I put in on back in late 1975, and used it for about 4 years before putting a scope on the rifle, Two yeas ago I had the rifle rebuilt due to a bad piston seal, and went back to the peep sight. The rifle just handles better with the peep, and is plenty accurate for my shooting, if I can see the target through the sights I can hit it. I did replace the stamped sheet metal front sight with an Anschutz globe sight so I could use different front sights, right now I have one of the clear apertures

Peep sights make shooting so much pleasurable ...
BoG - I consider myself a pretty good stock re-finisher, but those two HW30S represent simply outstanding work :) .
