I put one on my Jet2. Like UCChris said a PCP shouldn't kill it. I do like that I can get a image at eight feet, it's blurry but I can make it out enough to shoot it. Further than that and it punches the same hole in a target. The other one I bought will go on the Notros when it shows up from backorder so for under $70 bucks I'm set. I wish I was the guy that could put a $800 scope on a $200 gun, maybe in my next life lol.
I hear that on scope price. Kills me when I see some guys having $3000 glass on an air rifle they shoot to 50 yards. That's a first world problem I won't ever get to experience... since robbing a bank is way harder these days with all the cameras and whatnot. Can't just toss on a tricky Dick mask and go all Point Break.
I haven't made it to snob level yet with my pellet sorting by head size, but I do go thru them looking for bent skirts with my pinky up.
When you polish your pellets and say "My Precious" then you know that you have gone too far.
Had a Winchester scope do that to me on my Gamo. Lasted longer than I thought it would, holding out for about 2 years. Had it on another springer before that for about a year. Now it lives on my .22lr, broken leg and all. If I want to see all four lines, I just turn the gun upsidedown and give a little shake. Holds zero like glue.
