Winchester Model 425 aka Diana model 25 restoration and repair

I have my grandfathers Winchester model 425.

its missing a stock screw and needs to be serviced.

who is a reputable smith to do this work? 

Does anyone one have one of these?

any thoughts on a s one for it?
