Winchester Model 70-35 Big Bore - Airgun Review by AirgunWeb!

The Winchester Model 70-35 Big Bore PCP .35 Caliber airgun has been a labor of love to bring to the US market. In fact, all of the big bore airguns from Gamo and Winchester have been a real treat to work with and help bring to the US market. Each model has been carefully built to deliver specific performance to a unique segment of the industry. The Winchester Model 70-35 was designed to deliver high shot count, for a big bore airgun, with a minimal extreme spread, while delivering more than enough power for small to medium sized game along with predators and varmints up to 75 and 100 pounds. There’s a lot to talk about with this great airgun and this video just scratches the surface of what it can do!

Brian,

Thanks for watching. I helped develop these models with Winchester (Gamo / Daisy) and Evanix. We took what was already working, and made it much better. The .35 is a great gun for medium game, varmints, and predators. It's also fun for target shooting with big heavy pellets. The .45 takes the power up to 200 FPE with 150 grain Hunters Supply pellets. Both guns can be "tweaked" via the hammer spring adjustment at the back of the action. They come from the factory balanced for consistency, not all out power. If someone wants a bit more on the power side, they can get it, they will just lose the shot consistency. And of course the look beautiful! Price is $800 and they are available now.

cheers
Rick

The rifle comes with its own fill nipple. You should get the foster fill adapter ( female to male) that screws on to the Evanix probe. Airgunproshop should have them in stock. Bulletproof design, I put mine in a 10/22 folding stock to shorten it up when packed and installed a .257 barrel.

Saltlake58 - these are manufactured in Korea by Evanix for Winchester. Very cool Airguns. If you want any data, just let me know. I’m happy to share.

Cheers

Just to let you know this thread is like seven years old and the guy you quoted hasn’t been on here since 2021. I would try to get ahold of him at airgunweb.com I think you can email there. The gateway to airguns forum would be another choice that probably would be better. Also Airgun army…can google that site as he owns that as well. 👍
