Im wanting a walnut one myself...
FX said the walnut version will be released after the Pro version.
So they should be here by late summer if on schedule, like the synthetic versions were.

When mine finally gets here I’ll wonder what’s in the long box on my porch. Getting to read about the guys with plastic ones already is nice though. I’ve spent enough time as a test pilot.

Patience Footloose, patience... you'll probably have your walnut DRS well before the first shipment of DRS PCPs arrive in Canada.

And they are depicted with the smaller plenum, so i would assume not ready to go hard hitting slug shooters.

Just have your synthetic dipped. The dipper had some of this film left over, and I said go with it. I don't even know what it is called, but it looks like walnut. It looks like wood but is much lighter. I did not glue the LOP spacer to the butt, as the next owner might want to remove it.

If it is like the last 3 or 4, I have done, very durable. They sand or bead it, primer it, then dip it, and then clear coat it. I had one gun done five years ago & used it a fair amount it still looks like new.

What is the weight difference compared to the synthetic? I did not hear him indicate weight.

If the plastic is any lighter than my walnut DRS, you could use the gun for a wind flag. I would not want this gun in .25 and be shooting heavy projectiles. It would be jumpy. With most of us being so used to PCP’s suffering from obesity, the DRS is an eye opener. Quite wonderful.
