I'm ordering parts for my impact, and must say, it's been an interesting experience.
First, when you call, (866) 639-0772, you immediately get dumped into a phone mail system that asks you to leave a phone number and they'll return the call. I called at about 8:00 am and they called back at about 3:30. Was a bit disappointed at the lag, but once on the phone, went like clockwork. Ordered a rebuild kit, and then she asked if I wanted to speak to a tech about whether the kit was the right part or not. Made an appointment for the tech to call at 9:00 this morning.
The tech called at 9 on the dot (11 Eastern), and confirmed that the regulator is what's leaking and that rebuilding the regulator was the correct action. I will say, if you want to talk to support, the schematics for your guns are available on the FX website. Download the schematics so you can describe the parts accurately. Luckily, I'd downloaded and could describe exactly where it was leaking and such.
Must admit, I've never worked with a manufacturer with that willingness to help
Good on ya, FX
