A couple of classics are really demanding some extraordinary prices and yes they are BB guns! They are not modern, nor powerful or particularly accurate and they are far from new and usually not even close to being pristine. Dented barrels and missing finish and a good amount of patina are quite common. They are not shocking rare nor super early versions, they are in fact produced by Daisy.
The old double barrel rifles models 21 & 104 over the past year or so have been selling for more than most FWB's, Beeman and Theoben by a substantial margin. The model 21 the more recent of the double barrel BB guns made from ~1968-1972 has been selling for $800+ and as high as $1820. The older model 104 ~1937-1940 has been bringing in quite a bit more and routinely selling in excess of $1500. The last couple of nice examples sold for over $2100 and another for a shocking $3150! Who would have even thought a quirky BB gun would become more valuable than some of the high end world renowned names like Air Arms, HW, FWB & Theoben? Obviously these Daisy's are much older than the others mentioned and one can only imagine what these other makers guns will be worth when they are 50-80 years old...
