WTF PA?!

My take is, if the pellets are PACKAGED and shipped from Amazon that there is likely the problem?

I hate to order anything from Amazon but, they sure do have everything I can't find anyplace else?

I’m still waiting on pellets I ordered on 12/19 that ups lost. I opened a claim with UPS and PA customer service keeps giving me the run around saying nothing they can do when UPS shows claim was forwarded to PA as only seller can provide documentation. So now I’m gonna open case with PayPal.

ever since they started selling crossbows and dirt bikes, their focus on airguns dropped way down. I haven't bought anything from pa in years.

WOW!! that was a roller coaster ride .. I order pellets 99% of the time from PA; always fast delivery, well packaged with no damage. I thought no way am I going to order and have Amazon destroy them with the worst shipping I've ever seen for pellets. Then the VP of PA gets on here; Wow I'm impressed and he explained the situation very well. Then the OP lets everyone know that he received his package and everything is good. Well I'm back to PA for pellet now Thank you Dr. K for sharing your experience; Good, bad and the ugly...
