Hello, my name is Val Gamerman, and I am President of Pyramyd AIR. Sorry it was not apparent that when you placed the order it will be transported by an Amazon truck. That was my mistake in pushing for a silent test - we have been testing their network and allowed less than 6% of small packages be transported in the past few weeks. They did an OK job, although they themselves hand over the packages to USPS sometimes (much like UPS or FedEx do). Long story short - starting sometime next week you will be able to make an informed decision when placing an order on our website: ship via UPS, USPS, Fedex or now Amazon. Thank you for being a customer and I am sure no matter what happens with your particular package, we will always take care of you, just like we always take care of our customers.
Good on you Val. That's customer service right there! You guy's have to be the best packager and shipper of pellet tins in the business, and decent pricing too.

I dunno how or who, but my pellets showed up on my porch a few minutes ago. They must've caught their error and had someone retrieve them from Edwardsville IL and got them over to me here in St. Charles MO. I'm only 40 minutes from where they got delivered to.

Still no email response to the matter though.

Thanks for reaching out. Good to know it will be an option, one that I would never use. I'll stick to usps or ups for shipping.

I know my order was for a simple order of pellets, but could you imagine the frustration if it had been a $2000 air rifle? Especially if they damage it in the process. That hurts both parties involved. You'd have to replace the item at a loss, and the customer may or may not even want to deal with that and you could be out $4K just like that.
Absolutely, which is why we tested only with small packages/orders. It has not nor will not be even offered for larger purchases.

Hello, our customer service team does not work on the weekends. I am sure they will reply to you on Monday. Out of curiosity, was the package delivered by the date that we promised to you? Was the order packed well?

Yes and yes. The foams are a light grey vs the darker ones I'm used to seeing, but they seem just as firm! They shipped in a 6x6x6 box and the extra space was taken up with cut cardboard to stiffen up the foam.

That was my biggest worry when I saw they shipped via Amazon. I know how they can destroy stuff and they don't tend to pack very well, but if they ship them like this(how you always have) then I think all will be well.

I apologize for coming off as I did. I was worried they were going to be damaged and/or lost forever. Or if have to go through the whole process of return or whatnot.

Hello, the order was packed and shipped from our warehouse in Ohio. We simply used Amazon trucks for delivery, they pickupfrom Ohio and move them to Michigan for sorting 1st. Glad the packaging was up to our usual standards and was delivered to you on time. Hope pellets are good and survived the shipment process.

All is well. No damage. I get it from the logistic standpoint. I work in the courier field myself, and we have a warehouse full of parcels from other shipping companies. We store and ship for all sorts of companies, and do line haul work as well.

It makes total sense to move the smaller orders to other companies for final delivery. Especially since I'm sure the bulk of your orders are pellets.

As long as Amazon keeps to your shipping standards, I will be back for more ammo.

Love the look of it! Was thinking of converting mine into a bullpup..you've given me some ideas! Hopefully your pellets arrive intact
They did show up all good! Just tried them out, and the baracuda match 4.50mm did well at 30 yards so far. Air arms 4.52mm 8.44 grain are a close 2nd.

Being corporate owned now things have changed some as far as product into more of a big box store! But customer service and the way they do business is still pretty much the same! I'm super impressed that they would reach out to you on the forum! Easy to get all amped up this time of year being all couped up in winter! Lol. I'm glad it all worked out 👍

When receiving orders unless there is previous email from FedEx or UPS I have no idea what truck is going to show up. Since starting this Airgun thing I’ve had dozens of deliveries.
Had to get my own prime account ( temporarily) cause I kept bothering her. I think I bought most of the stuff I’ll need to get through the winter.

That is odd, I just got a dozen tins from PA this last week. 11 from Ohio and one me that’s coming from Utah.

If I could be receiving pellets packaged by Amazon I dont want them. I did buy some hard to find pellets on Amazon last year and the tins were loose in a very oversized box and significantly dented.

I ordered some once from Amazon and that was all I needed to see. 4 tins in one of those 18x12x12 prime boxes with one air pak.

Midway ain't much better BTW. Firearm ammo they ship good, but they toss the tins in a big box if it's pellets.
