So I ordered some pellets for the fortitude build. PA shipped them out via AMAZON!!! These jackasses sent them to the wrong address in THE WRONG STATE! I've emailed them but no response yet.

Why on earth did they sub out the shipping to Amazon? They have the absolute worst handling I've ever seen.

Needless to say I'm pissed and it's highly doubtful they'll ever get my money again if they don't resolve this properly. They're overpriced on airguns anyways, I only buy pellets for the 3+1 deal. I'd rather send that money to The Pellet Shop or UA now.

I wait for Hatsan to do their annual 30% off and i order my year's supply of H&N Barracuda (match in .22, plain in .25) all at once. That is one or two heavy boxes. Usually grab some Vortex .30 too. My Terminator likes them.

I guess nobody is perfect . In PAs defense I have placed no less than 10 orders of ammo in the last 3 months with 0 issues. Bummer you got bit ! And yes I shoot way to much . The impact m4 was the cheapest of my habit !

Thats my biggest complaint with the Impact... The large capacity mags expend ammo to quickly lol

I've never had an issue before this, but they get a double whammy for using Amazon for final delivery. I never buy from Amazon solely on the fact they've damaged a few things that the girlfriend has ordered. I prefer ebay or direct from store sites.

Worst pellet tin damage I ever saw was on pellets delivered by Amazon. I returned them and they sent another batch that was just as bad. Some sellers revert to Amazon fulfillment to try and cut their bottom line but just end up loosing sales. Amazon doesn't care a lick about their customers so what makes PA think they care about PA's business.

Did you call PA to get it resolved ?

Who was the original carrier? It may not have been PA, it may have been the original carrier. So far I've never had PA sub out to Amazon. I have had Amazon sub out to USPS. and vice versa...

Says shipped with Amazon shipping. Came from Plymouth MI, which is also weird. Any other time I get pellets from them they come from Ohio.

I emailed their support division yesterday around 1pm. I still haven't heard anything.

How good are they with answering a phone call? I'm tempted to call and get this resolved ASAP. I was really hoping to try out these pellets this weekend.
Willing to wager their answer will be that they didn't have them in stock and used one of their resellers to full fill the order...What kind of pellets? I also have a fortitude and it's picky as hell...

Ok Guys just throwing this in the mix here.

In case you do not know Amazon is now in the retail shipping game.
They are a carrier that can be used like UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc...
This does NOT mean the items are packed up by Amazon, they are just a carrier...

Get used to it as Amazon continues it's world domination plans..:poop:

Hello, my name is Val Gamerman, and I am President of Pyramyd AIR. Sorry it was not apparent that when you placed the order it will be transported by an Amazon truck. That was my mistake in pushing for a silent test - we have been testing their network and allowed less than 6% of small packages be transported in the past few weeks. They did an OK job, although they themselves hand over the packages to USPS sometimes (much like UPS or FedEx do). Long story short - starting sometime next week you will be able to make an informed decision when placing an order on our website: ship via UPS, USPS, Fedex or now Amazon. Thank you for being a customer and I am sure no matter what happens with your particular package, we will always take care of you, just like we always take care of our customers.

Thanks for reaching out. Good to know it will be an option, one that I would never use. I'll stick to usps or ups for shipping.

I know my order was for a simple order of pellets, but could you imagine the frustration if it had been a $2000 air rifle? Especially if they damage it in the process. That hurts both parties involved. You'd have to replace the item at a loss, and the customer may or may not even want to deal with that and you could be out $4K just like that.

Neve bought pellets through Amazon but I have heard some nightmare stories
