I bought this thinking I'd modify it to fit a new scope. Before I received it I got one from Joe Garland. This one is basically a 4.80 diameter slightly larger than 180 degrees. It looks like a comma or nautilus style but doesn't have any offset to speak of. The inner hub is 39mm (approx. 1.54" dia.) and looks like it will fit an only slightly smaller turret. The area where tape would be applied is 1/2" wide and there is about .150" offset on the inner portion of the hub. I don't have another scope it would fit so I'm selling to get my money back. I'd use it if it fit one of my scopes that I have a round wheel mounted on. It looks pretty well made.
