Ok so this is not a new scope. It is not a used but in good condition scope. It was dropped, but only from leaning on a bench. However it was enough to ding it pretty good. The mag ring would not turn so I sent it into Bushnell for repair and they sent it back saying it was obsolete and they would not repair it. After that I opened up the mag ring and saw the reason the mag ring wouldn't turn was because the drop pushed the bolt that runs connects the exterior mag ring to the internal mag ring causing a bit of a divot. I got a little file and was able to flatten the area around the impact and get the mag ring turning freely again. I later found out that the impact was enough to allow the nitrogen purge to escape so the scope will fog up if it goes from hot inside to cold outside. Seems to work otherwise. It really isn't a dialing scope so I would bet that once it gets sighted in it would be fine as long as its hot out. Would be a great bang around kind of scope. Comes in original packaging with sunshade and flip up caps. They were $600 new and sometimes went on sale for $400. Only asking $150 shipped paypal F&F
