Bought this Challenger earlier this year and did not modify it at all. Was going to open the TP and shoot around 8FPE but decided to leave it as it is. It shoots amazingly accurate, even snipped a rat at 35 yards with a scope. Set it up for 10 meter for giggles but getting older sucks and damn hard to see the target. plus I got too many 177 right now so decided to make some space. Cheapest 10 meter competition worthy gun and as accurate as any with fully adjustable stock with LOP down to 12.5 inches. She is ready for competition! Crosman has lifetime warranty on these so easy to get parts if needed.
