I built this for 3 Gun but it would work well for PCPs with a tank and pair of rifles and gadgets. Even a drink holder and sunshade (but stripped otherwise). Also good for Sporting Clays, etc. 

$60 pick up in Brockport/Spencerport near Rochester, NY
