This is my wife's scope she used for FT many years. It's not quite like new but darn close to that, in great shape lacking any noticeable scratches. She wants to sell it to buy girl stuff since she won't be shooting FT much anymore. It does focus down to 10Y. Both her, my daughter, and I, have won FT matches with this scope so don't think .1 mil clicks is a hindrance!
