You heard right. Two of them. Serial #172 and #599. These are both very comparable in performance. The newer gun shoots a little harder. Please see the shot string photo. #172 was my first big bore. It really does have about 3000 rounds through it. It fills with a probe. It is in pretty good condition and comes with a Simmons 3.8-12 X44 scope. Price is $950.
#599 I inherited about 10 years ago. It is in excellent condition. It has a nicer select stock. A bit prettier overall. It fills with a standard quick disconnect. It comes with Leapers 3-9X40 scope. Price is $1050.
