Original Side Shot scope cam setup with 2 30mm clamps and 2 30mm plastic stabilizers. 

Very lightly used. I mounted it a few times but, it's basically been sitting on a shelf, collecting dust. Comes in the original box with instructions. 

$175 firm, shipped, conus. Paypal Preferred, F&F or buyer adds 3.5%. "I'll take it" rule applies.
